Can I request a quote without a screenshot?

Yes. Search for your hotel or enter its name manually, then add your check-in and check-out dates, guests, rooms, room type and meal plan. You can also attach a screenshot if you already have a rate to compare.

What should my screenshot show?

Capture the final booking review screen before payment. Include the hotel name, check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms and guests, room category, meal plan, total price and currency. Add cancellation terms and the website name where visible. Hide card details and other sensitive information.

Can I send a rate from any booking website?

You can share a screenshot from a legitimate hotel or travel booking website. Our team will check whether the source and offer can be verified, and may ask for the page link or additional details.

Can you guarantee a lower price?

No. Hotel rates and availability change, and some online offers may already be the best available. We'll search our supplier network and share a better offer when we find one, with the terms clearly explained.

Can you compare different meal plans?

Yes. Share the exact plan you've selected: room only, bed and breakfast, half board, full board or all inclusive. We aim to match that plan and will highlight any differences in inclusions.

When is my booking confirmed?

Approving a quote does not confirm a booking. We'll advise whether a hold is available and provide the payment deadline. Your stay is confirmed once payment and supplier confirmation are completed and we send your booking confirmation.
